Laylana ("we", "us") is a women's clothing factory based in Sulaymaniyah, Kaneskan, Kurdistan, Iraq. This policy explains how our mobile application ("the App") handles information. We designed the App to collect as little as possible.
Customers can browse the App without signing up or logging in. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number inside the App. Your list of favorite items is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us.
The App loads its product catalog from Google Firebase. To deliver content and keep the service secure, Firebase may process limited technical data such as a device/installation identifier and IP address, in line with Google's Privacy & Security policy. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not use advertising or analytics tracking.
When you tap "Order on WhatsApp", the App opens WhatsApp so you can message us directly. Any information you choose to share in that chat (for example your name or address for delivery) is handled by us to fulfil your order, and by WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy. We use your order details only to prepare and deliver your order.
The App is intended for adults shopping for women's clothing and is not directed at children.
Because we do not create customer accounts, there is no personal profile to delete. Messages you send us on WhatsApp remain in that chat and you can delete them at any time. To ask a question about your data, contact us below.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
